No, still leaks a little. Had it in water (trailered in and out) all last year and hoped it would swell and stop but didnt. Just replace transom and few lapstrakes on 16 foot Grady White. Seals all look tight but there is a pin hole leak. finding mohagany for transom

Need to replace transom on Grady White. Looking for 1 inch by 12 inch phillipine mohagany but not having any luck with local lumber yards. I am located in Northern NJ. Any ideas?

Electric motor

I have 16 foot wood grady white on all electric lake. Most of the pontoons on the lake have Minn Kota elec motors. I am considering the torgeedo 2.0 or 4.0. anyone have any experience with electric motor on wood boat?

I am working on first wood boat project so that will explain this stupid question. What is the garwood you are referring to? I have a couple of rotted lapstrakes near the transom and am intending to replace - saw a great step by step explanation of how to do with pictures.
