Behold! The Dodo bird :)
NOS and it even has the wiring directions and the drilling template.
Now to put it on.

you have one-upped me! I do not have the paperwork for my dual dash plate! Would love to get a copy :)

From the pic you can see some water damge to the instruction sheet but still very readable.
