Thanks! Since these photos I've carpeted the bunks and reinstalled the fenders. The trailer stem is installed loosely so that I can adjust the boat fore and aft to get a nice balance (it was tongue heavy)

I swear, one of these days I'm going to get back to work on my trailer. Peter, I've saved all of your pictures because they show good close up views of how it's all supposed to go back together. Yours is a little different than mine, I have 2 roller beds on each side instead of one and mine has a bracket that has scads of holes drilled in it to set the angle adjustment on the beds. But by and large your's is very close to my '56 Holsclaw. You did a great job. Post some more pix of the carpeted bunks!
