Eaton Interceptor I/O

Hey all,
Anyone have any experience with EATON outdrives for an inboard/outboard set up? I think the engine is an INTERCEPTOR. The tag on the outdrive says "Eaton Marine Powernaut Drive, Saginaw, Mich."
Can parts be obtained for this outdrive? Is it reliable?
I recently looked at a boat with one of these inboard/outboard units, circa 1964.
