I notice two formulas, cold and warm. Which one should I go with?

Here's my project.
The back corners, by the transom have a bit of damage and flake.
Everything else appears quite solid, but the boats been out of water for 10+ years.
I would like to fix the obvious areas now, and give my boat the water test this spring. Since the problem spots are white and not natural, I figure I can patch / repair without must trouble.

If all goes well, I was going to note any problem areas and possible stat a strip, flip resto.

Someone pointed out to be at some point that a little CPES should fix my issues no problem. Thoughts? formula options?

CPES is a sealer. It is the consistancy of water.

Use of the COLD or WARM weather formulas depends upon the temperature of the wood and of the work space. Read the directions or call Steve Smith at Smith's. He's very helpful - altho very technical at times).
