Folding seats for 62 Sea Lancer

Hi guys!
I've recently acquired a '62 Sea Lancer and I need to replicate the folding seats that I think came with it, but I have no dimensions or hardware. Andreas sent me some great pics of seats installed, but I need to figure out how to build them. Has anybody else tried it? Anybody with the dimensions handy?
